The Diet Solution Program was created by Isabel De Los Rios, an exercise specialist, nutritionist and author. The program is currently being marketed by Isabel and her friend Jeff on the internet. Both have tried the program and have lost weight successfully.

The program is not a diet. Diets tend to be short lived and some diets will even make our bodies hold on to fat. The reason is our bodies have a hard time processing certain regular diet foods such as artificial sweeteners. These sweeteners will take our kidneys longer to process and reduce the amount of time our kidneys have to break down fat. Also, diets typically cut back on calories, some to the point that your body will go into starvation mode and hold onto fat.

Instead of being a diet, this program is a resource full of the information and tools you need to eat healthy. By eating the right foods, you kidneys will not be tied up all day processing chemicals through your body but rather have the needed time to break down fat.

Also, did you know eating healthy fats will actually result in burning more fat? Yes, this is true and is pointed out in the Diet Solution. An example of healthy fat is coconut oil, butter, eggs, and raw nuts. These foods are not bad for your body. In fact, a simple rule to apply is any single food that is not processed or prepackaged, is good for your body. The Diet Solution also encourages you to eat fruits and veggies. These are not limited. They are healthy for your body and in many cases the extra fiber, nutrients and vitamins gained by these fruits and veggies will help you loose weight.

The Diet Solution is made up on 3 basic principles. If I had to summarize what these principles are, it would be as follows:
* Sugar is your enemy;
* Carbohydrates - There are good carbs and bad carbs;
* Know the foods that work against fat burning, such as artificial sweeteners and processed chemical rich foods

Another important note in the program is it is important to understand what metabolic type you have. This is easy to determine by a metabolic typing quiz, which is included in the Diet Solution.

The Diet Solution comes with guides and tools to help you loose weight. It stresses accountability with a food journal for beginners. After awhile this is not needed. The program comes with recipes. It also comes with a metabolic typing quiz to help you know which metabolic type you have. It comes with multiple resources.

The program is logical, does not restrict calories and in many cases you can eat more, because you are eating healthy foods. Everything noted in the program seems easy to follow and makes sense. Most importantly, the program works.

The only negative part I can see is the costs. While it is priced competitively and reasonable for most, it’s still too much for an eBook. Since it is around $100 for the program, some may not be able to afford it. Other than that the program is great! Oh, and yes they do offer a free trial of the program.
